Giffin interior & Fixture team, led by Project Manager Bill Wagner, fabricated and installed the entire millwork and casework of the Ambulatory Wing and some parts of the Laboratory Wing, both in the Hillman Cancer Center. In general, Giffin’s work was outstanding in all the different aspects of the work. The quality of the work was excellent and includes superior level of finish. They were not intimidated of more complicated than usual tasks, and performed them with speed, accuracy and quality. All change order requests, which were required Giffin involvement, were negotiated and priced reasonably and fairly by Chief Estimator Ed Campbell, and the work completed in a timely manner. In general, the entire team, from the owner, Mr. Giffin, to the last laborer, show professionalism, care and willingness to do anything in their power to address any owner request, and to complete the project on time, with the highest level of quality possible.
